We encourage all adults to get plugged into a ministry at Buford Church of God as soon as possible. Through our Discipleship classes and small-group classes, every person who comes to Buford Church of God is provided an opportunity to build key relationships that can last a lifetime.
Ignite Kidz
Ignite Kidz is designed solely to help children know, love, and follow Christ with all their hearts in a safe, high-energy, enriching environment for preschoolers to preteens.
Youth
Nursery & Preschool
Our Nursery & Preschool department is located in the main building, in the sanctuary foyer. This amazing department and its workers are always available to take care of your children, while you enjoy the service without distraction. (Up to 4 years old)
The Overflow
The Overflow is a ministry for college students and young adults, ages 18-29 years old. We place a strong emphasis on fellowship and building close relationships within our ministry. We host many events throughout the year and we go out for an adventure every Monday during the summer months.
Music & Worship
We worship with our voices, our instruments and our hearts, singing praises to the Lord for His unfailing love and grace. The voices and instruments of Buford Church of God fill the sanctuary, honoring Him with every note and flourish.
Women's Ministry
Sister 2 Sister: Seeking 2 Serve is the Ladies Ministries of Buford COG. We meet each month for a Girls Night Out to eat and fellowship, and we have various ministries and event gatherings throughout the year. We would love for you to join us
Counseling & Prayer
We believe the Lord would have us healed and well in our whole being, mind, body, soul and spirit. And sometimes, this means we need a little extra help, guidance or strengthening along life’s journey. This is why we offer counseling and prayer.
The Transformation Center
The Transformation Center exists to help individuals and families develop the skills necessary to live healthy, functional lives. Their professional counseling services offer a unique opportunity for hope, healing, and restoration to broken relationships and hurting individuals and families. Each of the well-trained counselors are licensed or are candidates for licensure in the state of Georgia.
The Transformation Center offices are located in the Family Life Center on the Buford Church of God campus.

The B.R.E.A.D. Ministry
The B.R.E.A.D. Ministry is a Bread-Resource-Evangelism-And-Discipleship ministry because the nourishment of the body comes both through physical and spiritual food. They meet every Saturday morning at 10 am in the Family Life Center behind the main building. The Food Pantry opens after service at 11 am.
Hispanic Ministry
